Lash Freak – The Studio is located in Pitt Meadows on a small piece of country property. Our studio is a dedicated, stand-alone building created specifically for Lash Freak and is located on our family property, which has been home to us since 1987.
We are proud to be an award-winning studio led by a NALA Certified Educator and fully approved by Fraser Health and the City. Every appointment is performed in a clean, calm, and professional environment where your comfort, safety, and results are our top priority.

External / Foreign Fills
Coming from another salon? We welcome you! We do accept clients who have had their lashes done elsewhere. Depending on the condition of your current lashes, we'll create a plan to get you looking your best.

We do accept clients who have had their lashes done at another salon. An additional fee of $10–$20 may apply, or a removal and new set may be required depending on the condition of the lashes. We'll always discuss options with you before proceeding.

Before we begin, we'll discuss your lash goals, lifestyle, and preferences. We'll recommend the perfect style, length, and curl to complement your eye shape and give you the look you're dreaming of. Your input guides everything.
Relax & Enjoy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us by phone within 3 business days of your appointment. We will happily schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment to resolve any concerns. Your happiness is our top priority — always.

Cancellation Policy
- ●Please cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
- ●Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the appointment value will be charged.
- ●Cancellations within 5 hours or no-shows: 100% of the appointment value will be charged.
- ●Arrivals more than 15 minutes late:
- Appointment will be rescheduled
- Cancellation fee applies
- Fee must be paid to rebook
- Full satisfaction cannot be guaranteed
Lash Care & Fix Policy
- ●Lash Freak must be notified of any concerns within 3 business days of your appointment.
- ●Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 5 days of the original appointment.
- ●Fix appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
- ●If a fix appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or no-showed, the complimentary fix is forfeited and a regular fill will be required.
